We will require security deposit for any group over 16 people
Dine-in deposit: There is a deposit of $50 plus HST ($56.5) for each group, and it’s non-refundable, deposits will be used as credits for the total bill)
Dine-in Policy: For customers dine-in only, the policy is one item per person every 2 hours for group less than 30 people
Board Game policy: $3/hour game fee each person, minimum 2 hours, food/drinks will be optional and extra
Board-game deposit policy: $3 * total hours * number of people plus HST, will be used towards group game costs directly

We will charge $3 each person once your group stays over 15 mins longer than first 2 hours; e.g. 2hr 20mins (each person will be charged at $9 for game fees)

We do not charge game fees if your group does not play games, but big group event will have minimum spending depends on group size, special requests, and total time request upon booking.

We cannot separate the bill for big group events equal to over 7 ppl, thanks for understanding.

Your group can come and make the deposit in person, or send us your request with details and we can send you invoice for deposit, we also take e-transfer too, each location’s email has auto-deposit, please confirm with us if your request can be accepted before paying.

1. If the group is equal to or over 30 ppl we will need $10 minimum spending for each person.
2. If the group is equal to or over 8 ppl, we include a 12% big group gratuity fee in the bill.

Yes, but we won’t be able to accept any whole store reservations after 11:30 am on weekends or 2:00 pm on weekdays, thanks.

We do not allow outside drinks and food, but if your group brings your own cake, please let on-site staff know and we will need to charge 15% graduity for cake utensils. 1 bottle of alcohol will be allowed max each group and entitled for one-time $15 dollars open bottle fees.

We apologize that we cannot do any refund once the reservation has been made, and game fee deposits are non-refundable if your group has less people coming, thanks for understanding.

We do take preorder and please understand we will need prepayment for drinks/food preorder as well, so please kindly send us your list of items that your group wants to order and we will send invoice and prepare upon receiving payment accordingly.
